The myth of Malinche, historically associated in Mexico with the imaginary of the "traitor indigenous woman" has established itself as a powerful symbolism in the discourses of the visual, performing and literary arts, some of which will be reviewed in this article through a critical analysis that intersects contextual elements, with historical events and current scopic conditions; to think about the hegemonic discursive potential of said myth; as well as its dismantling, and the factors that allow it to unfold and configure antagonistic and subversive messages.El mito de la Malinche, asociado históricamente en México con el imaginario de la “mujer indígena traidora”, se ha consolidado como un poderoso símbolo en los discursos de las artes ...
